Bulk REOs are a great tool for investors

Have you ever considered bying REOs in Bulk , seriously its like going to the BIG BOX stores and getting the 48 rolls of TP , you really only need a couple but the price is so darn good you just cant pass it up : ) , Bulk REOs are the same , you may only need ( or think you need ) one or two to make a little money but what if , What IF you could buy 35 homes at once , and sell 35 homes at once to another investor , lets say you only raised the price 1000 per door when you sold them , that would be a 35K profit in one transaction  right ! , you cant tell me this doesn't get your interest just a little bit can you ? if your able to think BIG like this and have the money to close the deal we have the connections that can make it happen . and in all seriousness the 35 home pkg given as example would be a small pkg in most cases . my partners and i have done deals with several hundred homes in one pkg , so if your a serious investor and wnat to know more please contact me at gwiggington@hotmail.com , subject line BULK REO and i will send you a web link to visit , after you go over the program and understand how it really works ( and its not complicated ) we will talk and get you into the inner circle of folks who can get these deals and introduce you the rest of the group who will be buying the homes from you .

Make Money without Banks , without Credit , without cash

 

Hello ,

We have been working at the investing game for many years and we have tried a ton of different things to get the really good deals before the are bought up by other investors . I am not afraid to tell you we wre not very succesfull in most attempts early on , But ! , we figured out a few places we could go and a few people that could help us and soon we had deals piling up around us to the point we had way more than we needed .

being guys of average intelengence ( we are not college grads ,, well i am not anyway )  but even so it was not hard to see that there was room for us to sell off some of these deals and make a few bucks doing it , and there is plenty of room in our market to have others working on these deals without the fear of them stepping on our toes so to speak , so we signed a few  documents with some contacts that allow us to work as their agents .no big deal really a power of attorney here and a non-disclosure there  and few emails and all of sudden we were in business for real ! .

I cant actually disclose our contacts to you right now but trust me they have been a real boost to our business and they can be a benifit to you and your business as well , the thing that is going to be important to you is how can You Get these deals , Right ? .

all you need to do now is be ready to act on the deals we bring to you , just like we were saying on the sign up page , you see, as we grow closer to you in this process we are going to know exactly what profile you want to buy and we are going to send you exactly what you are looking for  and when you see it by you going to the web site and filling in the preferrences tab on the site , this Tab asks what price range , if you are a single family kida guy or a multi unit  buyer , it will ask if you want to rehab or if you like rent ready , and a whole other array of things that will tell us what we need to know .

some people say " ahh just send everything over to me " but that takes time to do and you dont need to see things that you dont want and we dont want to waste your time  or ours,, sound fair so far ?

OK , wholesaling is the name of the game here folks , its not rocket science by any means if i can do it you can to ,  So the question is How do you make money with no credit , no cash , no banks ?  

here is one way ,,,sell my homes to your buyers 

you can do that IF YOU ASK ME FIRST ! , if you dont ask first dont expect a friendly guy when you call and tell me you have a buyer for one of our homes . but if we talk it over and i say its alright to market my homes and we set up a marketing agreemnt . then you promote my homes to buyers and if you get one sold i will pay you a handsome finders fee ! and you make money with no cash no banks or credit , not only can you do this with my homes but other wholesalers as well . another way is use OPM ( other peoples money ) to fund a deal , this is  bit more complicated by still very doable it is just borrowing money from another party withthe promise to pay it back to them in most cases with a nice interest added to it , but if you can get on of these people that are commonly known as "private Lenders " to work with you it can be a very easy way to do all sorts of deals , use their money to buy and rehab , use their money to buy and then sell on LTO to a qualified buyer for a profit , use the Lease money to pay back the lender and keep a little for yourself every month and when the buyer gets their own financing in a year or two pay the lender off completly and keep the money left on the table for yourself , this can be very lucrative if done properly , buy a home using a credit card is another way to avoid banks ,  we have lots of ways to do this and thats why we can offer you some of the deals we get at very attractive prices . another way is to learn the basics of wholesaling and start getting your own deals , this takes a a little time and a little effort but is something i know you can do with a modest amount of desire and dertermination . I have found the best source for wholesaling instruction so far has come from Preston Ely and freedom soft software . i would go online to www.PrestonEly.com and get one of his E books and start right there . he will show you how to get homes from the banks with very little effort and how you can wholesale them off to your buyers . Ok .. you dont have buyers  I KNOW ! , but you will learn how to attract them to your deals and besides the addage " if its a good enough deal , the buyers will find you " is very true .. so there you go, go make it happen , read a book , get some homes and some wholesalers to work with you and you can make some easy money .
